GMC Buick Southwest Frwy is fantastic!! It is a clean and comfortable environment. But the team especially Debra Roberts and Moses were so nice and knowledgeable. Pete in finance helped me understand the buying process with kindness.

The SERVICE ADVISOR Ronald Quevedo was excellent. Very patient and followed up multiple times to make sure I was taken care of. He made sure my main concern was addressed. Very helpful service center. Very friendly

A simple oil change took 2 1/2 hours to do. I had to ask what was going on. The service technician just left me waiting. Not good at all.

While the staff is professional and friendly, the very long service wait times are out of hand. I had an appointment for an oil change and 3 hours and 30 minutes later I was finally done.

Very POOR Management ‼️Managers avoid speaking to the Customer directly about the concerns of their vehicle. Very Unprofessional ‼️Mr.Aaron the Service Advisor was very helpful and Professional.He listened to our concerns and kept us informed about our vehicle.
