Bought a car there.

Bought a car there. While doing the title paperwork, after they'd already accidentally combined 2 addresses into one that doesn't exist and we corrected that and started to paperwork over the 2nd time they had a typo in my wife's name, so we asked them to correct that and they said oh sure we can do that afterward. When we got the title paperwork they changed my name to the incorrect name they'd had for my wife so they were both wrong. Had to get in contact with a manager, which took several days for some reason. They were very unhelpful and unapologetic about the whole thing, would not recommend.

Laughing at Big City Prices

I stopped in Vallery's a few weeks ago for an oil change. Everyone met me at the door with a smile on their face. While I was waiting for the oil change to be finished, I wondered out front to check out their new car inventory. I was amazed at the fact that they could put me in a brand new car and LOWER my payment!!! I drove home a new Ford Fusion, while trading in my 2011 Focus, and Vallery's even paid for my oil change! Yet again, Vallery Ford was there to please! Love the service and parts department as well!! I stopped in at the new Jackson Ford store as well, and was not impressed at all. "Smilin" Jack treated me like I didn't deserve to buy a new vehicle. Anyone from Jackson, drive right past Mark Porter Ford on over to Vallery Ford in Waverly.
