Audi West Houston A7 Recall
My A7 had been recalled for several upgrades. Since the car had been tuned I was worried about the impact of the recall on the ECM flash. Audi (Chien Tsai) took the utmost caution in assuring that the car would not be impacted. As always, the shop is meticulously clean, and service personnel professional and attentive.

Outstanding!
Audi West Houston has the best customer service and helpful staff. Everyone there is so friendly and they make you feel welcomed. I took my car in for service for the first time since I bought it and the service department helped me thru the process explained everything. From the minute you get there you get great service, I like to call it red carpet service.

Audi Q3
Everyone in service was extremely perfessional, I received frequent updates regarding my vehicle. My Audi Q3 was not connecting to Bluetooth ..error message ?telephone not installed? . The receptionist recommended the 1-800 number and once that did not work she recommended the tech to assist. I mentioned to her the issue is more than connection I know how to set-up Bluetooth she blew me off and told me she would have the tech give me a call. Another gentle then jumped in and said to the receptionist that is not a tech issue she needs to see service. I really appreciate him I would have had to make two maybe 3 trips if it had not been for that guy. The receptionist is the face of the company and it is very imperative that she assists each customer in an efficient manner to avoid frustrations.

Audi 5 Service
Great experience overall. Waiting time was a bit much but the dealership is clean and well maintained. Could use a few magazines for clients to read also. Personnel was outstanding.

Service
I was 400 miles from home on a Friday afternoon when my Audi required repair. The service manager was concerned about the drivability of my car and arranged their Saturday schedule for it to be looked at right away. I appreciated the high level of service and concern.

Service manager may be too busy for customers.
Service manager would not return my call and had to take Uber to get a loaner. With help from the dealership's manager I was able to get a loaner.

Needs a little improvement
Audi West Houston is a nice dealership with all the (waiting area) bells and whistles we now come to expect from luxury brand dealerships, and although I purchased the car I intended to purchase the buying experience could use a little improvement. First I had to work hard to get a respectable offer for my trade even after using their online Black Book trade-in evaluation/estimate tool which had quite a large high-low range but as expected I was offered much less that the low range and after pleading the case for my trade-in I was able to get a better offer than initially quoted. The brief back and fort "let me talk to my trade manager" time waster was unnecessary and not what you expect from luxury brand dealerships. Secondly they ran 4 hard inquiries against my credit report (from the likes of Bank of America, Chase, US Bank, etc.) trying to match my current Credit Union interest rates but were unable too. Finally, it took one text message to my sales advisor followed by an email to the dealership manager and sales advisor before they were able to produce a copy of the CarFax I signed at the dealership. Although none of these issues were deal breakers; they need to step it up a few notches when compared to the dealerships like Sewell or other luxury brand dealerships in the Houston metropolitan area. I would still recommend this dealership because they had the most competitive price in the Houston area for the pre-owned vehicle I was looking for and the car was in excellent condition.

Excellent Audi Service
Called at 1:45 PM on Saturday and dropped car off at 2:00 PM. Front and rear brakes / rotors installed within 2 hrs. Great advice from service advisor. Pricing within 3% of the 5 other local repair shops I called.

Finance manager
My rep was not happy nor helpful and I don?t understand how an oil change is almost $300 dollars. I was also told that the recall will take 2hours and yet everything was done in less than 2 hours so I do not know if the recall was done so I had to make an appointment at another place to get it checked. Every time we take our car in to this location, we always have problems.

Top notch service!
I was looking for a used 2015 Acura ILX and my search led me to Audi West Houston. I submitted a form online at 7am and was contacted shortly thereafter by Amadou Niang. I explained I was a cash buyer and that I had very specific questions about the vehicle and price I wanted answered before I would come see the vehicle. Amadou was happy to answerer my questions and did not waste my time. I drove out to see and test drive the vehicle. The entire Audi staff was extremely professional. The vehicle was in great shape, 1 owner with no accidents. It did have one blemish on the trunk that Audi said it had planned to fix/repaint. I purchased the vehicle and returned it 2 weeks later for the minor body work to be finished during which I was provided a loaner vehicle. I picked the vehicle up 2 days later and car looked fantastic. Amadou and the entire Audi Staff provided a pleasant and professional purchasing experience.
