Expectations Exceeded!!

Venise Hunter, new car sales associate, was absolutely great! I had been researching vehicles for months & had a few bad customer service experiences at other dealerships that I refused to do business with. So coming into Mossy, I had my guards up & prepared NOT to listen to any sales pitch to sell me something different than what I was looking for. Venise noticed my hesitation & she gave me the service I had been looking for; SHE LISTENED to me & it was definitely a pleasure to do business with her. She well exceeded my husband & I expectation!

Stress Free/Excellent Service

Our Sales Attendant, Bosco, was very attentive to what I was searching for in a vehicle. He took the time to explain different options for each vehicle we looked at. Once I purchased the vehicle, he again took the time to explain what all the different gadgets in the car did. I would highly recommend him to other friends. Also, Robert Delaneo, in Finance, was excellent in processing the paperwork. He too took the time in explaining the different packages/options for extended coverage on my new vehicle. My experience with Mossy Nissan was very stress free and I walked out of the dealership feeling very satisfied with the service & purchase. This is the main reason why I keep returning.
