Service was OUTSTANDING. All aspects of the electrical repair to my car, made my first visit to this dealership pleasant and rewarding. Service managers were personable and professional. The service repair technician was nothing short of outstanding. A great team.. I’ll be back.

I had a great experience at this dealership. All the guys, Robert, Eric, Clayton, & Will made me a feel comfortable & helped me choose the car I wanted. Never felt pressured to obtain a car I didn’t want. They were polite, knowledgeable, friendly, & totally professional. I was cautious & wary of getting a good deal due to prior experience at dealership in NY. But thankfully I went to the right dealership. Kudos to all!! 😊

Professional, courteous and efficient

James, the product specialist aka salesman was terrific and Justin and Eric, sales managers or some other more politically correct titles, lol, got the job done. General manager came by and thanked me and gave me his cell for any questions or problems. Curtis the business mgr was quick and efficient. All in all a great buying experience that I highly recommend. Almost forgot, they beat the big Jacksonville dealer in every regard (except sale person) and especially on price.

Fast, efficient and trustworthy

I always take my Nissan to the St Augustine dealership for servicing because I trust them implicitly. The service is always topnotch. I especially appreciate the full explanation of what issues I may have not been aware of with my car. Marvin is terrific and always explains everything to me perfectly! Great place!

I brought my Nissan 350Z to this dealership because I was...

I brought my Nissan 350Z to this dealership because I was having engine problems. The service department charged me $140 diagnostic fee; but they could not find the problem. I am very disappointed that Nissan trained technicians were not able to find the problem. I cannot recommend this dealership’s service
