My 6th purchase at this dealership in the past few years. I keep coming back to Joe Myers Ford because of the professional services of one Mr. Al Hall. I love that I can pick up the phone and say what I am looking for and when I get that call back from Al it's not long before I'm driving away with a great deal. I honestly don't even have to drive it if Al says it's good. I pass alot of dealerships on my way to Joe Myers because I'm treated with great respect and given each and every time professional service.

Brought in F250 for oil change and service check, performed unauthorized work and tried to charge me for it. Not the first time this happened. They changed my information settings so I don’t get DEF warning for clean out and did not get a DEF warning until it read “Exhaust Fluid Range 500 miles” Refilled DEF and now it won’t reset after filling it up.
