Horrible, Do Not Visit!!!
When I got there, they were all very nice. Tim showed me and my uncle the car we were interested in, and took us on a drive. After that, it all went downhill. We came back in and he sat us down and disappeared for 30 minutes. When he came back, he smelled heavily of cigarettes. That is something he should do on his own time, not when he is with a customer. Then after that, we started to talk about financials. He wrote down a drive out price offer, and when we told him he would have to come down a bit he got extremely heated. He basically started yelling at us and told us that we should look at different cars. The problem with that was that his job is literally to be a car salesman and negotiate with customers. All I said was that the price was a little much and this guy blew a casket. It was completely unprofessional and unwarranted. After this, me and my uncle decided it was not the right place for us. When we were getting up to leave, I was trying to grab the papers with the window sticker that Tim printed for us for the car that I chose so I could know the car that I liked to make it easier to find in the future. As I was going to pick it up, he snatched all the papers, crumbled them up and threw them in the trash. He proceeded to yell at us about how the price we were looking for was unfathomable and he has 60 years of experience and what not. To be completely transparent, the drive out price of the car was about 25k and we asked him to come to 23k. It was just to start a negotiation. Instead, he decided to yell at us from then all the way as we walked to the door to leave. I was honestly afraid. It is not worth it to have to deal with people like this, Even if you can't meet the price the customer is wanting, there is a professional way to handle the situation. I would not want ANYONE going back to this dealership and having to deal with this.

Service 2013 Focus
Gerald made sure we were contacted once they found any issues. There was an issue with a mechanic who left food in our car, Gerald called us and let us know immediately this would be dealt with. Appreciate the help Gerald!
