Missing Brandy German

Disappointed that the service advisor I've used for 7 years left your dealership. Brandy was great and Adriana (?)was okay, yet she didn't even introduce herself at the beginning! (place was busy, so I guess she might have thought she did.)

My new car

The dealer was more than willing to help me get the car I wanted. After looking at cars on he Ford website and test driving one in stock, I decided to order a car.. They were very helpful and kept in touch as the car was manufactured and arrived.
