Exemplary For the Most Part, But...
For the most part the service was exemplary. But I have to wonder if they might have missed a part of the checkup which is part of the service package which I took my vehicle in for. Namely, that although the service was the periodic oil change, fluid level check, rotate tires, check air pressure, air filter, condition of brakes, battery,... Should they have also cleaned off the buildup on the battery terminal as part of the afore-mentioned service package? Had they done this, I would have felt the service was truly complete.

The service and staff were amazing! I went to several dealerships and wasn't satisfied at all. I called joe myers ford and told Alex exactly what I was looking for and he found it for me. He wasn't in on the day that I came to purchase my vehicle by Joe ramirez helped me and he was great! Super friendly and made my truck buying experience awesome. The service was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful; however, I almost felt I was being pressured to finance the new truck through Ford Finance. The sales rep attempted to change my mind then let it drop after a few tries but the person who typed up the title paperwork went too far when he presumed to tell me if I were to check with my credit union they'd probably advise me to take the financing offered and then re-finance with them in three months. That was a week ago and I still get irritated when I think about it.
