Good experience by my service rep. I was taken care of professionally and in a timely manner. I really like the fact that my Navigator was washed and cleaned when I picked it up. Nice touch!

"Great customer service"

Brandi and Cindy always provide excellent customer service. This time I took my husband's 2014 Ford Escape for the 1st oil change/checkup. We purchased this SUV back in July 2014 at Joe Myers. Cindy was helpful and service was great. Great time, I did not wait long. I will continue bringing our 3 cars for service.

Experiences at Joe Myers Ford

My sales person(internet sales-Glen Lecamus) was well informed, and helpful. He made the difference in me purchasing from Joe Myers Ford, a 2015 Ford Expedition Limited, rather than a 2015 Ford Expedition Limited from another Ford dealer I had been in contact with. I have found the staff at Joe Myers Ford from my sales person (Glen), my service advisor(Brandy) to the tech person (Matt), to always be helpful, and knowledgeable in answering my questions or assisting me whenever possible.
