The sticker on my 2014 Nissan Titan indicated 0W-20,

The sticker on my 2014 Nissan Titan indicated 0W-20, which was a surprise. I asked a service manager if that was correct, and he claimed synthetic 0W-20 was the same as 5W-30, saying Nissan had switched. I politely disagreed and planned to go elsewhere. My wife encouraged me to speak to someone else. To my surprise, the tech, another service manager, and the dealership manager all agreed the first service manager was wrong. The tech had actually used 5W-30, but the window sticker was a manual error. The invoice correctly reflected 5W-30. The manager offered to change the oil again for peace of mind, handled the situation professionally, and corrected the misinformed employee. She even took me to the shop floor to show the oil being used and that the sticker machine was manual (which explained the mistake). Ammie (the service department manager), the tech, and the original service manager (Edger) were all awesome. I've had great experiences here in the past—one bad apple almost lost me as a customer. Bottom line: A 2014 Nissan Titan 5.6L (VK56DE engine) uses 5W-30. Nissan switched to 0W-20 in 2016 5.6L (VK56VD) due to tighter tolerances and engineering for lower-viscosity oil. The bad apple was misinformed.

Great people at Baker Nissan , I bought my new Pathfinder

Great people at Baker Nissan , I bought my new Pathfinder back in September stopped in to get a nail out of my tire and i went over to the sales department just to say hello and thank them again for a great experience and both Diane and Cesar recognized me and made sure i was good to go not every dealership will know who you are after you buy a car from them but Baker Nissan does remember there customers i love that

Technician that checked me in was courteous and knowledgeable. Service I received was perfect. Everything that needed attention it was provided. Service was completed in near record time. Waiting tomorrow cleans comfortable.
