Fast service and good communication. Maintenance was completed as needed and any upcoming needed service needs were communicated. Baker Nissan’s texting service for communication is nice.

really enjoyed the environment at Baker Nissan , everyone was helpful , not pushy love my new vehicle Diane was really helpful walking me thru the features again , Cesar and her really made me and my parents feel like family , one of the best car purchases we have ever had

This Dealership really goes above and beyond for customers , I picked up a New Rogue for my company and ran over a nail the following day my service plan was not active for a few more days and i came back to Baker Nissan and Diane who helped with the purchase was kind enough to help me get the tire fixed in service the advisor Najee was really helpful and made sure to get me out as fast as possible not once did they push me aside because the service plan was not active online Diane called got the tire approved and it was taken care of , more than most places have ever done for me in the past i will come back here for any other needs i have they earned my business going forward

Had a very easy purchase at Baker Nissan , wanted the newer model they had it available once I arrived I worked with Cesar and Diane both were excellent very considerate of my time and gave me great customer service this dealership was referred to me by a close friend who has purchased 4 cars here and never had a negative experience , her word is true this was the best and easiest car purchase i have ever done
