Service was good. Price was high for normal service. $200 to change a battery in key fob

The Leson Chevrolet Service Department dealership is professional, has courteous employees, and provides service in a timely manner.

My service experience went smoothly. The service representative was kind and understanding. He acknowledged my presence and advised he was finishing up with a customer and I would be next.

Will charge you for a service they didn’t even complete. Tried to say they gave me a tire rotations, charged me for said rotation and didn’t even do it. When I told them about it they tired to lie and say the did it. I point out the couldn’t have because my tire has a mark and that tire was still in the same place as before. Then try to lie and upsell you on something you don’t need. Was told I need 10 Lug Nut for two tire rotations. When the two tires together only have 8 Lug Nuts. But I’m suppose to believe they actually rotated my tires when he couldn’t even give me a correct price for the lug nut replacement. Won’t ever be going back to this place after going for 10 years. This whole experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth from everyone involved.

Very good experience on all levels, from start to finish. Tim is very professional and easy to deal with.

The price to high for a oil change I usually go to Banner or Best Chevrolet. I want to try y'all out, but the price is way higher.
