Was pleased with the service rep Keith but spent 3 hours
Was pleased with the service rep Keith but spent 3 hours waiting for a tire change. I felt that was very excessive and lost a half day of work. Also when the car was brought out to me, the wheel was covered in the greasy lubricant that was used. The service rep did the best he could to wipe it off.

They made a quick and accurate diagnosis and she explained everything for me good enough for me to understand. Despite my many questions she was patient and understanding. I intend on returning there for all my mechanics needs as long as I'm driving.

I brought my car in two weeks ago to have the tire
I brought my car in two weeks ago to have the tire sensors changed and was having trouble starting it was told by Sheila that I’d have to bring it back Thursday to have it evaluated for the starting problem so I brought it back Thursday she said it would be 24 hours to have it evaluated so I called Friday afternoon and she said they didn’t get to it yet I was aggravated I didn’t want to be without my car all weekend and she said I could come get it and bring it back Monday and I told her NO you already have it do something she said she’d call me Monday before noon and when she called she said it was my key and it was going to be a good chunk of change (not in those words) and she also said I’d have to get my tire sensors changed I was livid I said I had that done Tuesday she said well you want me to call car shield and have them reimburse you 🤬 I told her they already paid for it she said well who wrote the ticket up I said YOU DID!!! She said don’t mind me so when I came to get my car I talked with the manager (Carlos) and told him everything and he made good on a bad situation and when I went outside to get my car Sheila followed me and cornered me and said what did I do and started telling me about how she owned her own business and always took care of her customers I just kept backing up to my car and left I’ve been buying and always being my vehicles to Leson to have them serviced and I’ve NEVER been treated the way I was this time-I’ll always continue to bring my car to Leson BUT I’ll choose someone else next time-thank you for listening 👍

I ask them to fix my my mirror adjuster and they only
I ask them to fix my my mirror adjuster and they only just put it up and when I close the door it failed back down I was Very disappointed because they had my car for two weeks

Service department didn’t follow my instruction per my
Service department didn’t follow my instruction per my truck manual as to properly rotate my tires. Reason being service manager in the truck department told me that the rack was occupied so they went and rotated my tires their way. In addition where my truck was to be dropped off for service at Leson Chevrolet was moved to another location on the other side of the building of which I was never informed in the beginning.
