The sales,person was responsive and professional.The car was represented well. All the documentation was done very well. The dealer used private drivers to deliver the car rather than make me wait for a transport truck. The drivers very very nice men. The only issue I have is the car has soe problem with the airflow in the air conditioning sysyem. I have not advised the dealer as it has not been checked out yet by m y local Lexus dealer. I am aware the car is sold as is. ,

Simplest buying process I've ever encountered. This dealership is somewhat local to me (30 miles) but my schedule didn't allow for the traditional buying experience. Started an inquiry online and was able to communicate via email and text to close the deal and all the paperwork was done via Docusign. Very happy with the whole process and most importantly the price.
