AWESOME experience! Everyone was nice, welcoming, and ready to help. Clean, neat, pleasant showroom, waiting room, and restroom.

The experience was positive. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The car buying process is not always fun but Bozard made it a pleasant experience. It was like working with a friend and not a sales person.

Thomas was so helpful. We did most of our communication electronically which is very convenient. Initially, I didn’t think I could afford a new vehicle. However, he did his magic and got some rebates and made it affordable to buy a brand new Bronco sport. He was very good at showing me everything in the vehicle so I felt comfortable driving it off the lot, knowing how to operate all of the technology. The paperwork process was seamless! All was quick and easy! I highly recommend him for all of your new and used car needs!

I've never had a better car buying experience! Logan was not pushy or aggressive (which I loved!); he was patient and answered all my questions. The showroom is beautiful - my new Corsair was waiting for me with a big red bow. They offered me snacks and water. They gave me a nice gift - a bottle of red wine with two Lincoln wine glasses. They really treat you special. Great customer service! I highly recommend Bozard for all your Lincoln vehicles!
