Isaiah is a really cool dude, and no, it’s not just because he’s the same age as me. He was such a huge help throughout the whole process. Not only did he take the time to find cars in my price range, but he also helped me research their reliability. While walking the lot, his coworker Devin came across the 2019 Genesis G80 we had been looking for. He walked me through the interior and all the features, and honestly, I was sold the moment I sat in it. Later on, CJ stepped in to work the numbers, and the man is incredible at what he does. He was able to get me a fantastic rate along with a great warranty for my new ride. Because of these three, I walked away with a deal I know I couldn’t have found anywhere else. I came expecting a good deal, but what I got felt like a steal. Bozard, you truly have the right team for the job. I needed a new car due to an accident. I have owned a Mercedes, BMW, Audi, and a Genesis. I was determined to purchase locally rather than driving to Jacksonville or Daytona. I visited all of the local dealerships and Bozard was my final stop. From the moment I was met by Mike Jones, I could tell the difference. Mike was so helpful explaining all the differences in the cars I was considering. I was so impressed with all the Lincoln benefits and the service they provide. When Mike explained that Bozard had mobile units which come to your home for basic maintenance and a fleet of loaner cars if my car needed a part or more work is required. The car I wanted was not on the lot, but he found it for me and did a dealer trade. It was such a pleasure working with Mike and I look forward to a great relationship with Bozard Ford. Because of my experience, a good friend bought a Corsair two weeks later.

After a 2 week search, I finally found the exact Bronco I was looking for! I was able to call and reserve it, then the sales person sent us a video to point out all the cool features it had, then after a 6h drive and a pretty painless buying process, we left the lot in style! I was so impressed at the time and effort these guys put in to make sure we had a flawless experience. They are not local to me at all…but I’ll be returning to buy our truck just because they were so great!
