The dealership was nice, first car I have bought from them. The deal and negotiating process was easy. The only thing I wish they would do better on is detailing the car better. This is not really a ding on the dealership because I have bought cars at other Ford dealers and it’s the same. A lot of smears on the windows and other areas. Would buy from them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

They did it again! Knocked it out of the park- the service and single point of contact keep us coming back! Thank you.

It was as a good experience with Nick when we got our new 2025 Maverick AWD Hybrid. We bought a 2022 F-150 from another Ford dealer last in Jacksonville Coggin that was not that great of an experience. But I did oder the same Maverick from them it hasn’t arrived yet so if you are looking for a Maverick Lariat Desert Sand AWD Hybrid it should be showing up shortly. No experience with the financing department payed cash.

Iziah Reyes is the biggest reason we came back to Bozard Ford! My husband and I were looking for a truck to pull our travel trailer. We weren't sure which brand we wanted so we wanted to try Ford, Chevy, and GMC. To make the search even more interesting, we knew we were planning to make the purchase in about a month, which would give us time to research vehicles and possibly test drive some to narrow down what we wanted. Since it's closest to us, our first stop was Bozard Ford. Immediately, we were greeted by a young man with an engaging smile and friendly demeanor. We explained to Iziah our plan and told him we didn't want to waste his time if he wanted to work with someone else that may be ready to buy. He didn't flinch! He treated us as if we were his priority, showed us vehicles to test drive (new and used) and spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for. He kept in touch, sent us options as they came in and just went above and beyond. When we were ready to buy, Bozard didn't have the truck we were hoping for in stock, but we found one elsewhere. When we told Iziah, he said he understood but before we were going to finalize on that truck, he asked if he could show us one Bozard had just gotten in that he thought would be a perfect fit. He was right! It was more than we hoped for, and a much better deal than we were going to be getting at the other dealership. Iziah had nailed it! And he did it all with such an amazing attitude. He introduced me to everyone at the dealership and made sure every aspect of the process was smooth and easy for me and my husband. We are so glad he was persistent and found us just the right deal. Everyone at Bozard was excellent, but Iziah... well, he was just a cut above. Five stars for Bozard Ford and six for Iziah Reyes.

Devin was a knowledgeable, courteous and helpful sales advisor. He never pressured or pushed as I took my time making my decision. He was available at all times to answer my questions and help make my purchase a smooth one!
