My second truck in four years. Purchased the first at another dealership due to convenience only to realize their follow-up and service was inadequate. Found Bozard and used them for service only to like them so well I bought my new truck there. Now I service where I buy and am very pleased.

Logan was awesome and super easy to work with. From the moment I called about a specific truck to the time Bozard handed me the keys, EVERYTHING was SEAMLESS, THOROUGH and PROFESSIONAL. No typical nonsense we've gotten previously at other dealerships, no unnecessary added pressure. Courteous, responsive and accommodating. The truck was a surprise for my son and Logan arranged for it to be dropped off at my home. saving me the 1 1/2 hr round trip. The truck was well detailed and clean when delivered. Logan and Chloe were a wonderful team. The BEST! Having never been to the dealership, was extremely impressed! Very clean, warm and comfortable. We've got our eye on a Lincoln Navigator next time we are in the market and know exactly where we will go!

The dealership delivered the newer truck to my location; this did impress me. I DO ENJOY THE LIGHTNING TRUCK.

Met expectations but did not exceed expectations. We received one fob and asked for another. CJ explained that was all he had snd would try to get the other from the prior owner. We are currently waiting for the fob to get to CJ then to me. Really, the dealership could have supplied one. I suppose the deal was ok. I should have asked for a 30 day warranty, that omission is on me.

Zach Gibbs, Bob Rebb, and Ryan are all exceptional employees, of which Bozard should be proud. And James in the Business office is also excellent. This is the second Bronco we have bought in the last three months, and have been extremely happy with both transactions! And as a retiree from a "GM" Dealer Group (38 years), and also making our first FORD purchase, I must say I'm impressed with the organization and the interaction I've had with the Bozard staff. Oh, and the 2025 "Bronco's" are fun vehicles to own, drive, & enjoy! Thanks to the entire Bozard team!
