I have purchased 6 cars over the past decade from Bozard. The sales rep was awesome, but the process of buying a car is awful. The time spent between picking out the car and leaving with the car was 6 hours! The guys at the desk (finance people) really need to step their game up a bit. No other purchase in life takes this long - including a house sale! Other than that, they're good people over there - it's the process that sucks.
