The absolute WORST customer service. I’ve been here twice and the customer service by the sales reps gets worse and worse. When I came here today, there were no sales reps that greeted us. The receptionist called for a sales rep to come to the floor. A sales rep named Jaime walked past us and said “Sorry guys, I’d help you but I’ve got to go.” Very rude and unprofessional. The first time we came here we were assisted by Mike who was terrible. I am buying the car yet he spent all of his time addressing my husband and ONLY my husband. He didn’t even have the decency to ask my name or shake my hand.He asked very little questions about what I was looking for. Today the rep named Ivette asked very little questions and did the bare minimum. I am very interested in getting a Hyndai but your poorly trained sales team just cost this dealership a sale. I’m never coming here again.

It was a pleasure to work with everyone from my salesmen, Ryan and Mike, to the sales managers, JR and Randy, to Howard in finance. They were all kind and professional. They communicated well and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!

This dealership make promises they can’t keep . Very dismissive addressing owners concerns. Dan Khalid ( used car manager ) and sales associate Hunter make promises that they can’t keep . Please be careful with this dealer . They are not honest people.

Disappointing support from North Freeway Hyundai. Only there to find more ways to charge for unnecessary services and yet they can't even find problems directly under their nose! Let me explain my experience for R/O Number 41699362/2 with a 1/20/26 service date. First if you are a service person you know how to look this record up. Issue #1 - For the previous oil change, the dealership didn't reset the oil change indicator on my vehicle. In addition, I'm pretty sure the service technician failed to identify or replace my flimsy hood latch. Unfortunately, I have no way of proving it happened. There for on my next service, I paid over $150 for the correction. Issue #2 - R/O Number 41699362/2 Service: I had a low tire pressure on one of my tires. They didn't fill it up but that should have been obvious to anyone that knows how to read diagnostics. Unfortunately, once again, I drove off without inspecting my tire, but I do have a picture of my tire the very next day. It was completely flat. Issue #3 - I texted my appointed service representative requesting the service technician reset my oil change indicator. I texted two times, but this person never responded. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I had to ask for it to be reset, and I was also informed that they don't add no oil change labels with mileage for next oil change. Issue #4 - R/O Number 41699362/2 Service: My front license plate frame was bent. I texted the same service representative about this issue but I did not get a response. I texted twice. Issue #5 - In an attempt to create attention to these matters, I submitted two lengthy messages of these issues with the same R/O information on Hyundai's North Freeway Dealership "Contact Us" page. No one has attempted to contact me about these issues even though they have all my contact information In conclusion, I cannot expect much from North Freeway Hyundai Dealership service except the expectation to take my money. The obvious question is whether I should consider purchasing a 3rd vehicle from this dealership.

Never buy or do anything with this dealership. They sold me a Hyundai Venue with major transmission issues and passed it off as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. I trusted the CPO label, but this car was clearly never properly inspected or test-driven. I bought this for my teenage daughter!!! The vehicle won’t shift into park and constantly drains the battery. First, they blamed the shift knob and replaced it. Now the car has been sitting in their shop for 18 days waiting on parts with no ETA. I paid $20,000 and am paying interest every single day on a loan for a car I don’t even have. This has been an extremely frustrating, distressing and emotionally draining!! Be extra Careful!

⭐ 1-Star Review – Misleading Deal & Unprofessional Behavior I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this Hyundai dealership. Before visiting, I communicated clearly by email and text with a salesperson named Joseph R. I provided exact details of the deal I was looking for: 2026 Hyundai Tucson Limited (Hampton Gray) 36 months / 12,000 miles $3,000 down $380–$390 monthly All taxes, registration, and fees included No additional or hidden costs These terms were confirmed in writing, and I was asked to come to the dealership. I have screenshots as evidence. When I arrived, I was told the deal was suddenly $90 MORE per month than what had been confirmed multiple times in writing. When a supervisor came out, instead of honoring the written confirmation, the situation became even more unprofessional. The supervisor introduced himself as “JR.” Given the circumstances, it felt like an attempt to distance responsibility from the written agreement. This is my personal impression based on how the situation was handled. Overall, this felt like a bait-and-switch tactic — confirming one deal to get me into the store, then changing the numbers in person. It wasted my time and showed a lack of integrity and accountability. I strongly recommend that anyone visiting this dealership get everything in writing and be very cautious, as this experience negatively impacts the dealership’s credibility and Hyundai’s reputation.

Check their used cars very carefully. Pay for a PPI that will give you a guarantee. These guys will sell you a used car with issues and not take care of you after the sale. I bought a car from them a few weeks ago and called out the wiring damage I found within a couple of days after buying the car. I was told "you bought a 3 year old used car what did you expect". I didn't expect a $13,861 wiring repair within days of taking delivery. Who strips the full interior of a car they intend to buy to inspect for wiring damage? Not only that but they were too cheap to even give me a tank of gas when I bought the car . They've been kicking the can down the road with me for weeks suggesting they might be able to do something for me, when I knew at the end of the day they weren't going to do a thing. They're even too chicken to actually call me and tell me they are t going to do anything for me. They did zero reconditioning on this car. Not even an oil change. They buy used cars at auction and just throw them on their lot to sell. Buyers beware! I would NEVER consider buying a used car here EVER AGAIN based on this experience! 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.
