Great people, excellent pricing and none of the nonsense, BS and price changing pulled by Koons. Spent 2 days getting jerked around by Koons Kia and less than 2 hours to buy from Dulles

Very comfortable, very solid feeling, love my Santa Fe PHEV, around town get about 88 mp gallon, often much more. Some controls confusing, especially heat/AC; buttons and dials would be better than touch screen. Would like forward drive gear button to be in front with rear behind, a safety issue.

I went in for a diagnosis regarding a squeaking sounds I was hearing from my AC. Shaun was very helpful and pointed out urgent repairs I needed before going on a long road trip. My rear brake pads were almost completely worn out. They were able to make the necessary repairs the same day and they even ordered a part that I needed for the AC blower motor which would have to be replaced to get rid of the sound I was hearing. I will be back here for any servicing needs in the future. Very professional and I highly recommend them.

We have had the 2022 Santa Fe Calligraphy for one year and have been very satisfied for the most part. We learned early on that a front seat passenger can not use a seat pad and have the passenger seat air bag light go off. We met with a regional customer service advisor at the dealership and were told all new cars are that way. It’s unfortunate if you happen to be under 5’ and want to sit higher. Now that I know that, I am sorry not to have checked this before we purchased. Now that I do know I will consider this at my next purchase. Only three other issues, terrible gas mileage 22-24 mpg, occasional failure of the doors to unlock without pressing the key fob and street noise. As far as comfort is concerned, we have been happy with the ride and handling.

Used 2011 Sonata owner here. I’ve taken it in for service and recalls a few times over the years and they’ve been nothing but quick and professional. Just picked it up with a brand new engine and it feels better than ever! I think they forgot to tidy up the interior after they finished but it was done weeks before I expected so I’m happy to do a little cleaning. Thanks again!

I have been there for oil change and periodical controls. It was quite fast. Cleaning the vehicle and shuttle service recommending were great. Definitely going to use the service again.

I decided to try Hyundai after my beloved Traverse died at 91k miles right after my extended warranty had ended. Hyundai's built in 10 year warranty is a huge plus. I've had this car almost a year and overall I like it. It's very good looking, comfortable and roomy. All the controls are user friendly and well thought out. It's important to me to have easy access to my controls while driving. Gas mileage is amazing. I love the panoramic sunroof. Dealer customer service is excellent so far. There are a few things I don't like. My car is fully loaded and has almost too much technology but no memory drivers seat which is annoying every time my husband messes up my seat position. Also my door is supposed to unlock when I put my hand on the handle but it's temperamental and doesn't always work. When I am highway driving the smart cruise is great but it automatically turns on the drive assist and I hate it. I can turn it off but it comes back on every time I reset the cruise. The dealer said there's no disabling this feature. The biggest thing it's lacking is power. It should have a bigger engine or every trim level should come with the turbo option not just the limited. I wish I had gotten the turbo. Thankfully it has sport mode to get up hills and accelerate when needed. It has some minor quirks but all in all it's a nice car. My husband gets a lot of rentals for work trips and says my car is nicer than every brand of rental he has had including Toyota. You also get a lot more for your money but I'm glad I leased it so I can trade it for a Palisade. That seems to have everything the Santa Fe is lacking.

Offer on used vehicle was over 15% higher than other dealers. Not much wiggle room on new car prices in today's environment, so that part of the deal was easy. There was the standard upsell by the finance person, who was very nice and efficient. Clean, attractive dealership with exceptional staff. I recommend highly.
