When I called to double check on my approval they stated

When I called to double check on my approval they stated I have a full approval so I made the drive when getting there Tommy the sales guy was nice just trying to do his job but as far as the sales manager in the back building he was rude and unprofessional with no sincerity over me making a 2hr round trip to be one of their customers. The young looking sales guys in the office across from bathroom felt the need to use slurs towards me when I was leaving frustrated because I drove all the way there under pretenses of a full approval. Would not do business because I have a truck on my credit report and stated I couldn’t have 2 vehicles (which is false) (truck on report I notified them was tboned and flipped last Thursday and was just trying to find a family vehicle for me and my kids and fiancé. Disappointed and will insure no one I meet or know will be doing business there.
