During my visit in January when I needed repairs on
During my visit in January when I needed repairs on brakes, I drove off after completion and heard a clicking sound that coincided with vehicular speed. I returned to the dealership and heard the explanation that the brake sensor ?fell off? . Obviously the literal translation means their service department failed to secure it. When I drove off again I noticed the automated service alert indicated the vehicle was due for service. I speculated that the technology needed some time for the vehicle to communicate with remote servers. It never reset. In returned this week for another oil change. The service advisor noted that the data was showing I was due for brake service, despite the evidence I had that done during the prior visit. He apparently corrected that in the database. When I attempted to drive off, the notifications still popped up that vehicle was due for service. I returned to the service adviser and he reset the notifications himself. What are the odds that this experience is limited to me? I think the service department needs better service department managers who seemingly allow service department workers get away with checking checkboxes for tasks that are not actually done. The service department advisors do not seem to be at fault.

I bought a 2024 used mini convertible from MINI of the Woodlands. I live 1400 miles away in Virginia but Nathan Smith made it as easy for me as was possible. Nathan had great suggestions and answered my emails, texts and calls quickly- even on his day off. He even picked me up from the airport. The payment and pickup was simple and no pressure for extra add ons. I love the car and was impressed with Mini of The Woodlands.

Service was quick and easy. Everyone professional and patient with questions. Sales department excels, my daughter so impressed with my mini she bought one and her sales guy, Kevon was super nice and helpful. I have no complaints with this dealership.

I am so disappointed with this dealership!
I am so disappointed with this dealership! I purchased a car and was told by the salesperson, Ernesto, the manager, Jose and the finance manager , James, that the crack in the windshield would be repaired before I picked it up. Sure enough, it wasn't. Jose gave me an "After sale we owe" receipt stating that they would send someone to my house to repair it. Of course, that did not happen and I was given the runaround of excuses for why it won't be repaired. The lack of integrity over a simple repair is disgusting. The whole experience of getting a car was ruined by their dishonesty. I feel taken advantage of and do not recommend them at all!

Paloma, in service, found the wheels I needed for my 2014
Paloma, in service, found the wheels I needed for my 2014 R58. I was able to get my brakes and tire rotation done as a walk-in. Tech sent me a video with commentary. While I waited, Jose took me on a test drive of a 2025. I’ve been a customer since 2010. Cool cars…. Nice people.

It is very convenient to drop my mini off early before work and they provide me with a loaner to make that happen. Thanks Paloma, for making this process easy.

Excellent service the parts department had notified
Excellent service the parts department had notified service that I had new parts and would be coming in and would need assistance. The service was ready and very helpful. Service was able to squeeze in my scheduled service a week early saving me a trip. Service provided a loaner so I could get lunch. One of the most pleasant service visits I have ever had.
