doesn't seem to use tactics like other dealers. love the video reports from the tech. Fast turn around always faster than the quoted time. Enjoyed the waiting area with all of the hot and cold drinks.

The service dept employees were really nice when I went in to get my car serviced. In the end, I decided to trade in my current Mini for a new one! My sales guy Aaron Brunson was really helpful during my car buying process. The dealership was clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. This is my 3rd Mini Cooper I've bought since 2011 and I love these cars! Once you got MINI... :)
