A great experience!

Went in to buy a Ford Fusion... the sales guy James Gross was wonderful as well as Remi (I think I spelled it wrong) and the finance guy John. The whole process was seeming less. Everyone was knowledgeable, polite. I loved the experience I got here. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

GPS issue

Tech (Johnny) was excellent, explained the intermittent issue and what to do if it reoccurred which it did upon leaving the dealership so I immediately returned and it was appropriately diagnosed and corrected with computer updates

AutoNation Ford Lincoln, a great place to buy your next car

I never felt pressure to buy anything. Sales personnel were very professional and courteous. Josh Mock and William Strange went out of their way to insure all my questions were answered and needs were met. I would recommend this dealership and the sales professional to anyone looking to buy.

Excellent

Both my wife and I was reluctant of coming back to Auto Nation Ford (Orange Park) because of the past dealings with the sales personnel leaving us standing for exactly 45 minutes while he (sales man) looked for the Explorer we wanted to test drive. I had received a email from Mrs Roberta Hall on wanting to know if we were still in purchasing a Explorer, I had sent her a email back that we would be if we could come in to the store and have the Explorer we wanted and only deal with one person for and that it could not be anyone in the past. Mrs Hall called and said that she would work with us on a one to one bases, so we sit up a time for me to come in and see the Explorer that was the color we wanted and 95% of what we wanted. The whole process was completely painless and we feel that we got a excellent deal on the 2017 Explorer, Limited. We have no problem in letting others know that we had a very fast in and out service.

Very Satisfied

We thought the overall sales team was great to work with on our purchase. Our Salesman, Ike Ettinger was very friendly, patient, helpful and professional! We felt like he listened to what we were looking for and what our needs and wants were in a new vehicle! It was a pleasure to work with him on finding and buying our new vehicle.

service left me hanging

they sold me parts, made my car undriveable. i called to ask for help and was told no i had to pay to drag my car there to be told they sold me the wrong part . now i can pay them to fix it , or i can pay the tow guy again to return home with the correct part. thanks guys !

Easy, Quick and Out In a Less Time

I was straight forward with the dealer, gave the amount I can afford to spend and they worked within my budget. I also get exactly what I wanted. The customer service is wonderful and they try to give you the best deals ever. I was suprised to walk out the door with lower price for my Ford Edge SE with an unbeatable price. I will recommend them anytime anyday.
