Tuesday- Colton at Cadillac tore up my intake form within 3 minutes of meeting me while trying to look for a car at Cadillac. He didn’t ask my trade in value or what I had for downpayment; he was very pushy and rude. I said I just wanted to look since I recently discovered my BMW needed expensive repairs, but he was having NOTHING of it. We left pretty soon after having lost all interest in Cadillac. Thursday- Went to Gullo Ford and ended up leaving with TWO new cars after meeting Colin. Colin is patient, knowledgeable, and a genuinely nice guy. Such a massive difference in the experiences we had at these dealerships; We can’t possibly say enough about how well Colin, Cedric and the whole team at Gullo looked after us and made buying two cars easier than buying one has previously been anywhere else. So, to Colton at Cadillac, “Big mistake…HUGE!” We bought a 2026 Dark Horse Mustang and 2026 F150 Tremor, and had fun doing it.

I really wish all car buying experiences were this great. Aidan Davis sold me a new truck tonight and had the whole deal done within 2 hours. He listened, didn't put any pressure on me, and worked diligently and competently with the finance manager to give us a very fair deal. He is friendly and knowledgeable and just generally great to work with. If you visit Gullo Ford ask for Aidan and he will hook you up! Also, xxxxxxto Jordan Gonzales in financing who did a great job educating me on warranty and service packages and getting through the paperwork quickly. Two great guys.
