I have been buying from Gullo for around 40 years now and

I have been buying from Gullo for around 40 years now and my kids all now buy from them too. They have always treated us right and been very easy to deal with in all departments and they don’t make you play the usual games like a lot of dealers put you through when trading in your car. Just purchased my 4th new Super Duty since 2018 and I’ve never had trouble trading up and losing money. Froy Romero and Anthony Rodriguez will take good care of you so go see them.

Brought my truck in for rough riding and stalling

Brought my truck in for rough riding and stalling intermittently and they guessed it could be spark plugs. Had them replaced and less than a week later my truck broke down on side of road. Mobile mechanic came to me and showed me where they broke the air hose/vacuum and SUPERGLUED IT BACK ON. It is broken and pictures of the superglue around the hose where broken were provided. Now, they say they will not repair the hose since it was a service tech that has been there for 25 years that serviced my vehicle. They are the only ones that serviced my vehicle and I definitely didn't put super glue on my own vehicle. Shame on them! Rick called me back and when I tried to call back missed call, they told me he was not available. Mobile mechanic said they probably didn't think I'd look under the hood to see what they had Bandaided. Still haven't heard back from anyone in management. They refuse to fix their flub.

We were very pleased with the experience of buying a car

We were very pleased with the experience of buying a car at Gullo Ford of Conroe. We are retired seniors and the patience that Christian our salesman and JR the finance person showed us was exceptional. We have never had a better car buying experience.

My wife and I were in the market for an F250.

My wife and I were in the market for an F250. We were approached by a salesman his name was Omar. We told him what we were looking for & talking back & forth discussing our options. He repeatedly ignored our top 2 wants. He kept steering us to an F250 that we weren't interested in. We left pretty quickly amd bought at Planet Ford. Our extended family has always purchased from Mr. GULLO and we wanted to also. But we ran into the wrong salesperson.

Bought 2 vehicles.

Bought 2 vehicles. Sales lady was terrific, but financing was not transparent. Changed interest rate on second vehicle without verbally bringing to my attention.

Rebekah was outstanding and went above and beyond helping

Rebekah was outstanding and went above and beyond helping us and coordinated the sale with Omar when she was out of the office. Both Omar and Rebekah were friendly, professional and made the whole experience completely stress free. Furthermore I purchased the car at the price quoted online unlike other dealerships. I would definitely recommend Rebekah and Omar for future purchases.
