They?re in the process of expanding their service department to accommodate the large number of customers they have. Right now it?s a major hassle to get work done or warranty work completed due to the lack of space. Overall, very professional operation I?ve purchased four cars from here!

Ford dropped prices for extended warranty and service agreement over a week after we bought our vehicle. Gullo called us to sign new paperwork lowering our cost to reflect this price cut. Cool for them. Great people to work with. No added on paint protection crap or any of that nonsense. Refreshing.

Was fantastic called and told sales girl I had a 2023 ram 3500 Limited that I hated and wanted to get back with ford family. Told her I wanted a king ranch fully loaded. She sent me the info on one within 5min. I stopped by that day and was greeted and ended up buying it. She answered all my questions and even after purchasing it she went out of her way to answer more question and help me. The financing guy was great also. Told him I didn’t want extended warranty and was using my bank. He was patient and after waiting 3hrs for my bank to get back I ended up going with his advice on a bank. It was fast and easy and we had some laughs. I’ve purchased many vehicles in my life and by far the best experience I’ve had before and after purchase.
