The promptness of being received in from the dealership as well as the service department, the expertise of the personnel working there in the service department, as well as the mechanics, the knowledge of the same individuals, and the notification. That they gave me reference to my vehicle. I would especially like to thank Rick for all of his assistance.

Debbie kept us informed though out process. Billy always offered assistance if anything came up. In and out with our new truck quickly. No wasting hours at the dealership.

Service

Rick, was very patient and worked with us to resolve a problem that we have been having since the truck was purchased. This is the 4th time in 60,000 the truck had been brought in for the same problem and he took the time to actually figure out the root cause of the problem.
