If I could choose zero stars I would - worst experience
If I could choose zero stars I would - worst experience of my life. Unprofessional salesman talking about using his medical marijuana card to purchase weed for his sons. Inquired about Mazda's recent graduate program and they said I didn't know what I was talking about - it was a rebate program for new cars only when website clearly says it is a reduced APR rate program. listed 1895 government document fees but when I questioned it - it was suddenly reduced to $379 - kept changing prices and "required" items for purchase. it was like being in the twilight zone. wasted hours of my time - went to another dealership and was out the door in less than 2 hours.

Great experience, specifically with Bri!
This dealership's got some dedicated, transparent workers. I leased a car without my parents for the first time, which can obviously be confusing and anxiety-inducing, but the workers, specifically Bri, really helped make sure I understood all the factors of getting the car that fits me best without taking advantage of my inexperience with leasing and cars. The process was very efficient on their end, and they were so patient when I needed anything. Bri practically became my friend, discussing with me what might work and not work for me as a driver and for what was in my budget, all while maintaining professionalism. I'm really grateful to have had the Gem Mazda team to help me during my experience.

We came in yesterday to look at cars. We've never been to a Mazda show room or knew anyone that had a Mazda. David was our salesman and he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the car we liked and took his time with us and answered all our questions. We bought our car and could not be more pleased! It was a great experience! Buying a car from Gem Mazda was a quick and painless process. My salesperson, David, was always helpful and attentive and I never felt the pressure or urgency that usual car salesmen employ to move their inventory. My certified pre-owned Mazda 6 feels brand new, and David made sure that the only tiny issue I found with the car was addressed before I drove off the lot. 5/5 buying experience.

Looked at cars all over this town. The staff at Gem Mazda... Marcus, Janice, etc. were incredible. Very professional. Extremely efficient and accommodating beyond belief. I got an awesome deal and a very nice car, with all of the extras! I cannot say enough about the buying experience. Marcus was easy to deal with and talk to-- very fair and honest. A totally different situation than what I experienced at other dealerships. It was an absolute pleasure and I'll continue to purchase cars from Gem Mazda.

I have always hated going car shopping because of the annoying sales reps.But not with Gem mazda.This was absolutely the best car buying experience ever,Our salesrep"Marcus" did not push us at all and got the price down were we needed to be the first time.None of that going back and forth crap.I would definitely buy from them again in a heartbeat.
