Great experience with the sales staff

I dealt with the sales manager, as well as salesman Justin K. Shaw. Both were excellent to deal with. The vehicle wasn't a fit for me but the sales staff was gracious and understanding. Mr. Shaw was informative on other models he suggested I look into that would probably be a better fit. It was a no pressure, relaxed, friendly experience.

Always dependable and loyal

Purchased truck from this dealer, have service done here, I have a Ford also, and they gladly service this vehicle also. I had problems with my Ford just last week, called the Ford service dept., was told they were busy and I?d probably have to leave it, so I called Roy Motors and without hesitation the service dept said bring it right over, went and within 15 minutes I was on my way. I have to say they go above and beyond for their customers.

Rude and unfriendly Service Manager

I bought a new 2022 Silverado Z71 from a dealership in Houma La. I got a engine light on it so instead of going all the way to Houma that I would just bring it to Roy Motor’s beings they always did my service work on every vehicle I ever owned, and are near my place of employment. They changed the oil pressure sensor and cleared the light and told me if it came on again to bring it back to them. A day later the engine light came on again, I brought it back to them. They checked all the connections on the wiring harness and the light cleared. So they told me if it came on again to bring it back to them. A day or two later the engine light came back on , so I brought it back to them again. They got with GM and GM had them change the oil and oil filter. When they changed the oil and filter they found metal shavings. Someone from Roy Motors picked me up from work and brought me back to Roy Motor’s service Department so I’m waiting for the service manager to let me know what was wrong with my truck. He looks at me and ask me what I was still doing there,in a rude way. I told him I was waiting to find out what was going on with my truck. That’s when he told me about the metal shavings and if the light comes back on to bring it back. I left from there and didn’t go a block and the light came back on. So I turned around and went back to the service Department. He was in his office and asked me in a rude way , why I was back. I told him that at the light was back on. He went off telling me that he didn’t have time to mess with my truck and that they were behind. I told him that he told me when the light came on to bring it back and I wasn’t expecting them to get on it right away and to find out if I needed to make a appointment to bring it back And he told me the best thing for me to do is bring it back to the Dealership that I bought it from. I bought it back 150 miles to Houma and they had to order me a new motor. I am very disappointed With Roy Motor’s. That service manager will never have to worry about doing work on any of my vehicles I will go to Houma before I go to Roy Motor’s

Chet truck repairs!!

Brought my truck in for repairs for simple front hub replacement . Truck sit on lot for for a total of 5 days before service began. Was told it would be ready on the eight day and drove from Houston to pick it up, after I arrive in OPELOUSAS the truck is still not ready..... Wow !!!!! This is the last time these guys ever touch any of my vehicles . Slow service.!!!!! Not sure if the service was perform correctly yet. Will let you guys know the out come.
