My truck was outside of the factory warranty, and they performed the work on my truck at no charge. While it wasn’t major work, they could have charged me flat rate (about an hour and a half) but didn’t.

Was referred to by co worker who praised the dealership so my husband was so excited to get this truck. Everything was going well and then crickets. He heard nothing so he called and found out the truck he was purchasing had been sold! It gets better, the manager said he could have him another one in 10 mins, so ok. Crickets again no call from anyone. What a terrible way to do business! Not we have other trucks to look at. JUST CRICKETS WOW!
