No status of repair during scheduled appt

This was my first visit to Bates Nissan in Killeen, Tx. My experience was not good. I visited the location to get an additional key with fob on Friday, 13 May 2022. I was told by Nate Murphree, service rep, it would be better to make an appointment. Due to the long wait with no appt and only one technician available on weekends. I rescheduled for Monday @ 10:00am and added an oil change since I had an appointment but would have take off work. I arrived early today. Dropped my car off for my appointment and ran a couple of other errands since I was off. I returned at noon and my car was not completed. Before leaving I over heard other personnel were getting oil changes but no appointments. When I returned they were gone but my car was not finished. I had to wait an additional 30mins before my car was ready but not for the main reason i brought it in. I received no key with fob it has to be ordered. I was quite upset and disappointed. I could have been told this on Friday when I was off if someone would have checked for the fob available first. Now I will have to take time off again when it comes in. Would recommend dealership if next visit improve.

Purchased 2new vehicles and 1 preowned in one week

I purchased 3 cars in one week from Bates Nissan. 2 new and 1 preowned I test drove the preowned vehicle didn’t notice anything wrong with it. After purchasing the vehicle I drove to South Carolina and notice a lot of vibration w was hen braking. The dealership in South Carolina inspected they brakes and discovered all 4 rotors was warped and the brake pads needed replacing. The GM and Mr. Perez at Bates Nissan authorizes the repair of the front but not the back brakes. He spent most of time going back in forth on the phone with the service manager at dealership in South Carolina refusing to pay for the repairs of the back brakes then being concerned with the customer’s safety .

Horrible

Terrible place, judged me on my appearance, spoke to me like I was stupid and then lied about the numbers. Were they embarrassed and studdering when I caught them manipulating numbers so they could make more money off me. Definitely shady dealership.

CON ARTISTS - ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY!

STAY AWAY...CON ARTISTS AND A BIG WASTE OF YOUR TIME. WASTED 2 WEEKS OF MY 73 YR OLD MOTHERS LIFE, LIED AND SAID "YOU'RE APPROVED!" SCHEDULED TO TAKE DELIVERY BUT WAS PUT OFF BY THE SALESMAN DUE TO A PERSONAL FAMILY EMERGENCY. GUARANTEED APPROVAL WOULD BE VALID UNTIL HE CAME BACK. APPARENTLY THEIR CROOKED MANAGEMENT LET THE SALES MANAGER GO FOR WHATEVER REASON AND NOW MY MOTHERS DEAL IS NO LONGER VALID. AND IT IS SOMEHOW MY MOTHERS FAULT? PASSING THE BLAME RATHER THAN OWNING YOUR MISTAKE IS A SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE AND A TESTAMENTOF HOW SHADY YOU REALLY ARE KEVIN ADAMS. Painless and easy

I was online looking for the best deal out there, I found Bates Nissan time after time for best price. I called the dealership and spoke with Kyle, the manager, and he was very polite and professional. He was upfront on price and very easy to deal with. Once I got there the process was smooth and painless. Definitely recommend to everyone.

The used car I was looking at was the best deal.

I looked at cars at several other places but nobody had a better deal than Bates Nissan. Davie was very professional and my car is wonderful. Thanks for the help in purchasing my 2018 Nissan Maxima.

Wonderful Service

Best buying experience I've had, staff was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. My salesman Mark Williams was patient with questions and worked with me on the right truck and price. Highly recommend!

Horrible Service

Steer clear of this dealership. Very rude, unprofessional, and probably has the worst finance manager I’ve ever dealt with. The sales woman we dealt with had no clue what she was doing either.
