I needed a dependable vehicle and stressed that to them .. I went to buy a truck I saw online that was an as is . They fixed the truck just enough to sell it knowing the motor was burning up . Did not tell me it was sputting oil our tail pipe . I just realized it was consuming a lot of oil . Told me to come back and they would swap out .. I went back and they wanted $5000.00 and a cosigner and they could put me in another vehicle after I just spent $5600.00 on a truck . Manager avoided me and has not held to his word . I asked them why didntvthey tell me that before I just spent $5600 on a truck they knew motor was bad . . They still try and contact me trying to sell me a truck . Will never spend another $ or use them for anything . It was during Pandemic .. theives they are

Wait was over 8 hours. Not kept up to date. Service not complete. Didn’t address all issues should have been told before I came that it was a two day repair
A couple of weeks ago I arrived at the truck stop in Brookhaven Ms only to discover that I would not be able to unload for 5 more days. I decided to rent a car in Brookhaven and drive over to Pensacola to see relatives I hadn't seen in over 50 years. A rental car was reserved on line and my family and I were excited about this reunion. When I called the rental car company to pick me up I was informed by there desk that no cars were available. I immediately starting call the local dealerships to inquire about rentals. This nice woman at a Brookhaven dealership told me she thought Keith White Ford rented cars. When I called them I was transferred to Diane in the rental department. She not only set me up with a car but she also helped me with a ride to McComb. She literally saved a reunion that was 50 plus years in the making. Thank you Diane, Jeffrey and Keith White Ford. The service was awesome. I may not live in your area but my experience and your employees will always live in my memories. Thanks to all who helped.
Worst customer service
Keith white will be the nicest people you can find when you're thinking about buying a new car. The problems are going to start after you sign that paper. Make sure you get everything in writing, make sure you look for hidden damage on your vehicle, don't trust any words that are spoken and not written on paper. Buyer beware
the "sales manager" is terrible don't go here ever
Was looking at a used car which had just been traded.Knowing I had no down payment I figured they wouldn't help but they talked me inside and I let it go.So my sales person comes back and tells me we need at least 500 down to make it work and someone that makes a little more than you so I say thank you and leave he calls me later and tells me to come back they've worked a deal and all I need is my Co signer that makes more than me..So first thing in the morning after I jump up and drive into McComb I sit down with my sales person and Co signer when after about an hour he comes back and informs me the car is mine....Great!! Well only if I can pay 1500 down since my Co signer makes so much...When I asked about the sudden increase the sales person got the sales manager and he said some things then proceeds to look at my Co signer and says "like I always say ask someone you love for the money" at this point I had enough I left when I called to ask why this changed he said "numbers change" and "I'll call you back" which did happen... The sales manager is what really sealed this horrible experience I honestly would have been in a car that day if they would have held true to the 500

Get everything in writing, don't expect much!
We had a decent buying experience; then came to when we'd signed papers and we became the afterthought. We requested an oil change, tank of gas (was on a quarter of a tank) and a detail (the car was pretty 'lived in') of our used vehicle. I took it in the next day, to receive that. They spent 2 hours "detailing" the car, it was too late to change the oil so I got an IOU, but I did get a tank of gas ($30). The next day in the daylight I inspected the car, and noticed that whoever had done the detailing had left a LOT to be desired. Gum in the carpet, trash in the seat tracks, melted candy on the seat belts, chocolate finger prints and mud smears on the interior lighting. I called my salesperson, and requested they redo the detailing because it was horrible. She agreed, but did point out that "nobody had ever complained about their detail guy before". I got the feeling I was being a huge annoyance for them. The second time around-they changed the oil-super fast at their quick lube. They also redid the detailing, which got the things they'd missed before but I was brought outside so the detail guy could "show me he got it all". Shouldn't that have been done the first time? Which leads us to our SECOND problem with this dealership. We broke our down payment into two payments. We agreed on two dates, both of which the financing manager and the salesperson heard and ALSO agreed on. They requested we write a check, and they hold it to those dates. We said okay, but we'd bring in cash on those dates. They said, oh don't worry, we understand, we will not cash those checks until that day if you haven't brought in cash. Good deal, right? The first date came, we brought in a large amount of cash, no problem. Got handed our check back, easy peasy. The next deadline looms closer, and I had the cash the day before the deadline, so I texted the salesperson to let her know I'd be coming in a day early with cash. She said okay, no problem. I show up at the dealership and get told sorry, but we've already deposited your check. A day early, a full 24 hours before the date that was agreed upon by the finance manager, ourselves, and the salesperson. I texted the salesperson and expressed my disappointment, and reiterated that I believed this was HORRIBLE customer service-what kind of dealership completely goes back on their word? I told her the facts-because I had cash, I was going to have to drive 2 hours round trip to the nearest after hours cash deposit ATM so our account wasn't overdrafted. I also asked her how she and the dealership planned to make this horrible oversight right, before I jumped the gun and made any reviews on line. I as a business owner would have jumped at that opportunity, but the next morning, I got a message from a completely un-involved individual from the company, with a picture of a note handwritten that I nor my husband wrote, along with the words "This is the note that was attached to the check and those instructions were followed. I'd suggest you quit with the verbal trash talking". So let it be known that this unrelated individual called me a trash talker for being upset with the level of customer service that was being provided to me at that point. Good to know that's how this dealership is represented. A further text from my salesperson stated that they went above and beyond by giving me gas, an oil change, and a detail, and that's not standard or policy for their used vehicles. So, just an FYI before you purchase from these people-get EVERYTHING in writing. EVERYTHING. Their word means NOTHING. Also-if you're buying used and expect a clean vehicle with an oil change and a tank of gas, that's not standard or policy, so you're expecting them to go above and beyond.
