I took my Hyundai in for its 24,000 mile oil change.
I took my Hyundai in for its 24,000 mile oil change. I didn't have any wait time. Mr. Bock waited on me immediately. He wrote down my information. I sat down in the customer service area while my car was serviced. After the service was completed Mr. Bock explained service needed to be completed at the next appointment.

Got oil change.
Got oil change. Next morning oil all over the concrete underneath car. It wasn't leaking before the oil change so the technician should have checked it closer before taking it out the door. It was repaired the next day.However had I went on a trip before going home the engine could have been compromised. I also don't like it that you installed synthetic blend oil and I paid for it at the oil change. When you did the repair the next day you put conventional oil in.
