I wanted to have an a/c evac and flush done but I received no verifiable feedback or felt a change in the car’s cooling setting. It was like I was charged but no work seems to actually have been done. I got no detailed paperwork showing tech notes.

Good evening, I want to apologize for our substandard performance on your air conditioning. We fell short on communication on this and you needed to be better informed. We found the freon to be overcharged with refrigerant. After installing proper amount in the system the cooling of AC was operating as designed. We will be more than happy to take another look at it for you at your earliest convenience at no charge. We may have missed something and If we did I apologize. Thank you for your business!
