This purchase was SO simple.

This purchase was SO simple. We were coming from several hours away and Shelby made every step of the process simple and streamlined. No hassle, just a great truck at a great price!

Disappointed and dissatisfied.

I recently bought a Lincoln Navigator from Statewide Ford in Van Wert, Ohio. While driving the vehicle home from the dealership in the sun, I noticed two scratches directly in my line of sight on the windshield. I called the dealership the next day and was told to bring it in to be looked at. I live approximately 20 miles away. The sales rep looked at the vehicle and then called in the sales manager. My husband asked if he would like him to shine a light on the scratch so he could better see it and the sales manager replied that he could see it. The sales manager got into the passenger's seat, glanced at the windshield and said that it was cosmetic and there was nothing that they would do about it. I then asked about their multi-point check, as I knew that the windshield was part of it. I asked why the scratches were not mentioned to us. In response the sales manager said that he had one 40-year-old guy and a bunch of twenty somethings working for them in that department. He went on to say how hard it is to find help right now. I am very disappointed that they were not willing to stand behind their multi-point inspection and correct the problem.

I just wanted to give you all a big shout out about our...

I just wanted to give you all a big shout out about our fantastic experience at Statewide Ford in Van Wert Ohio and to let you know that we made it home safe and sound here at 9000 ft. in Colorado. We are very excited about our new F350 Platinum Super Duty Dually and look forward to traveling around the country with our camper on it! We were frustrated with the “Big" Ford dealers here in Colorado having visited many of the dealers along the front range area. They just didn’t have the knowledgeable sales people and friendly support team that you folks have there at Statewide Ford. I had the same experience back in 1997 when I finally decided to buy my first new Heavy Duty Power Stroke truck from from “Bob” Wood at Statewide Ford. Our local dealers just didn’t want listen to our specific needs and desired options choosing instead to push the trucks that were on their lot. Randy Custer was incredibly supportive and demonstrated that he really knows his trucks and the procurement process. If there was a question about an option he was eager to quickly research the topic and promptly respond. We were kept informed about the progress of the build and he let us know exactly what the costs would be. Kierstan walked us through all the technology available on the new truck and explained it in a way that us “older” folks could understand. She was also quick to encourage us to contact her at anytime with questions. The service manager was willing to put the truck on a lift to help answer questions I had…..try getting that kind of support at the “Big” dealers! The entire team at Statewide came out to say hi from Matt to Justin. We enjoyed reminiscing with Jill about our previous experience with “Bob” and sharing details about our “old” truck that still looks new! In summary, you can be assured that our experience at Statewide will be shared with friends and family. Neighbors are already calling up to ask for a “showing” of the new truck. I purchased a used camero from this dealership in 2011...

I purchased a used camero from this dealership in 2011 every other dealership i visited in Indiana and Illinois denied my credit and application but the professional at State Wide Ford help to get me approved for financing and the purchase of the car i wanted it took 2 weeks but I so appreciate their dedication as 14 other Chevy dealership wouldn't even consider me even though I work and could of afford the monthly payments. Thank you team excellent customer service and satisfaction Karen Alridge
