I got what I needed. I got out. No hassle. It was an overall decent experience.

I have been a long time customer of Natchez Ford and have been a supporter of the Yarbrough family and their team. Their service and sales departments are #1.

I requested an oil change, tire rotation, recall work and tire pressure sensors replaced. All work was completed except for the tire pressure sensors. I missed a call from the department and they did not do that work because they did not speak to me personally even though I acknowledged, signed & submitted the text link for the work order. I can go back for the work but I was disappointed it was not completed that day.

So everything the dealership did was per expectations they created the vehicle was as they presented it. The salesperson representations were accurate and complete and helpful, and the delivery team did a marvelous job of cleaning and preparing and delivering the vehicle and made my life so easy.
