All American Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Odessa

With regards to time and quality they may be the poorest choice in town. Truck was in there 3 months. Got it back once with parts not even hand tight installed. Sent it back to have engine replaced after they test drove it and returned to me. The second time I had no passenger headlight or turn signal thankfully the supervisor corrected that for me. What infuriated me the most about this whole ordeal is no one would talk to me about my vehicle except the one specifically over my vehicle. No one else would even try and say call tomorrow.

Good staff but I got a bad product. Engine is already knocking, took it to service department and didn't get a loaner. I was stranded at my job, was unable to get to my second job and had to sleep in my job's shop. Needless to say I had to get it the next day so I could go home and still driving it with a horrible noise. Then went to get my tags and arrived thirty minutes before closing and walked around the showroom for thirty minutes and then was told I needed to show up before five.

For going in at 1 hr till closing they were awesome! would have enjoy having the choice of vehicle other there preference, but hey I got a Pickup would be nice if it had been regular pick not Diesel.

It was a good experience buying our Jeep. The sellsman ChristenGarza was very helpful. The process of trading in our truck was seamless. Both my wife and I felt welcomed

Regina was awesome, time well spent, from the moment I considered the repair to the service itself , I felt a if my concerns were held in high priority

Work was completed and the service department was very helpful and friendly. I was kept informed of the progress throughout the work. Will use again if necessary.

Would be satisfied to just return the vehicle and void the contract, the vehicle has two many problems and i am not happy at All
