Sucks!! Took them a week to get 2 recalls on my vehicle done and to diagnose a problem I was having. Failed to communicate with me that if I wasn't going to fix my car there if warranty didn't cover the problem that it would be 200 plus dollars! Didn't tell me until I went to pick up my vehicle. Called multiple times without answer checking on the status. Had to call the sales department to go check on my vehicle. When I finally got my vehicle (after closing time) becausei was trying to talk to the manager about not being informed about the fee. He didn't care! He just wanted to close for the day and said we had to pay or couldn't get our vehicle keys. When I got my vehicle the technician didn't even put my vehicle back together to how it was. But of course they were closed and couldn't get anyone's attention. Tried calling that week and no answer! I didn't go up there because I had to leave town on an emergency (in my other vehicle). I won't be returning!

I leased my 2017 Compass Trail Hawk for 39 months, I like the vehicle and decided to buy it. I have 18,400 miles on it. In the 39thmonth the radio screen went out, I took it to the shop and found out it was out of warranty. I had it replaced for $1,600.00 + dollars. If I had known that this was not under warranty I would not have purchased the car. You now have an unhappy camper. I will never buy a car from Chrysler ever again. It took 3 weeks to get repaired!

Wonderful service all the way around, employees where very helpful and answer all my questions and concerns, service was fast and had it done the same day.

I have bought several cars from all American dodge I won't but anywhere else they are the best. I love how they treat me and husband they are very friendly.
