I had to grab one of your representatives attention, even
I had to grab one of your representatives attention, even though none of them were working with a customer. The service was completely detached on customer, orientated, and well below average. The oil cap was left off my car all the oil leaked out and two days later I am still in the middle of trying to overcome the damage get it fixed, and still figure out how to get to work in the meantime.

Customer service tech is good, the service manager not
Customer service tech is good, the service manager not the greatest person to work with. Cars have to have a computer reading if not they don’t care. I’ve had problems with the service department forever! Bought the car new, but for some reason after you take it home. It’s a hassle to get seen. I have great insurance thru Mopar and every time I go in I’ve been told no rental or loaner vehicle is available. I have coverage and was denied multiple times including the last 3 visits. Once I mentioned it they blew me off. I asked the service tech and same thing was told no loaner cars were available yet they won’t even help you further or make you aware you have coverage. I will not buy any more vehicles here. Time to drive to another city regarding vehicle maintenance and warranties.
