had issues getting in for scheduled service with the dealership I bought my car from which promted me to call around to find a place that could get me in. Spoke with Walker from All American in Odessa. Received excellent service from him. From the moment I spoke with him on the phone to the moment I left, I had a great experience. From now on I'll be taking my car here.

I didn’t appreciate the dishonesty on paperwork.
I didn’t appreciate the dishonesty on paperwork. I paid down pmt on vehicle which was not a problem was asked to pay for gap, which I did and still being financed for it. The gap insurance was taking off thru dwn pmt and not where it was actually supposed to go. I like the car but the Jose was very rude when doing paperwork and I had to break the ice even for him to speak because he looked mad. My boss was with me and told me we should have walked out and gone somewhere else. Don’t recommend this place.
