Everyone was great.

My dodge has been there since Dec 4th for a transmission

My dodge has been there since Dec 4th for a transmission replacement. Parts finally orders and arrived on the 4th of Jan. Now we have been waiting ever since for the repair. Was told it was in the bay on monday so we borrowed a car and drove by, and caught them in a lie as it was in the parking lot still. Then told it would be ready today just to be told now it'll be at least 2 more days.. Do not go here!!!!

I have already tried this and nothing. I have been up there / called up there every single day, and i keep getting told lies and given the run around. I have even had a conversation with the service manager Jose that laughed at me, dismissed my issues as the customer, and defended his staff making false promises and giving us lies. At this point I have escalated this to Lithia and currently pending a call with a District/Regional manager over Lithia to return my call. These interactions have all been recorded and will be submitted to Lithia. In addition, I have reviewed all your social media pages, and public facing review sites. I have contacted the local news agencies around the area and submitted my records as well since this has clearly been going on a while considering all negative reviews for the past few years have been related to service. Lastly, I have posted on social media to find others willing to submit a consumer complaint against your location to the Attorney General. I have been ran over long enough by your dealership and this is not fair to treat a customer this way. No one at your location can be honest or provide any true resolution to this situation you have caused.
