All American Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Odessa

They misdiagnosed my truck, we waited about a month for the part to come in and it wasn’t even the issue. I took the truck back no more than 30 minuets after it was “ready”. The paperwork stated they test drove it, but there’s absolutely no way given the fact that I could tell the problem was still there before leaving the parking lot. It’s been 4 days since I dropped it back off and they haven’t touched it. The service department refuses to answer the phone or call you back. Find another dealership for service.

Made the process of buying a vehicle simple from start to finish. Would recommend to family and friends.

I had a check engine light pop up on my jeep. Dropped it off and was told they were behind 2.5 weeks, which was ok with me as they needed.to replace recalls as well. My jeep was returned with no issues and well ahead of schedule, vacuumed and.washed in.pristine condition.. I am stingy with praise but can honestly say the team at All American Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Odessa has an exempliary crew. My experience at this dealership was great, my service advisor Norma Padilla took care of me in a prompt manner. I was greeted by Yanely Villa at the show room/ waiting area, she took time to explain things that were not explained at the dealership that I bought the car at (swell motor company), great experience all the way around.

I've done a lot of business with this dealership in the past. Swore I'd never again. However, Sales Associate Armando changed my mind. My husband and I are very happy with our new purchase and extremely happy with the job Armando and others have done for us.

Friendly people and same day service for oil change! There were a lot of people when I went, so services took longer than expected but other than that it was a good experience.
