2018 Caravan - Went in for a oil change and check
2018 Caravan - Went in for a oil change and check transmission...Was told I would have to leave the vehicle 5-10 days just for a ....Diagnosis !!! I asked why I couldnt just make an appt and maybe drop vehicle a day or 2 prior to estimated opening...They said...We cant do that You need more techs........service after the Sale has always been my issue with dealers

He was very thorough in his investigation of what needs and wants I wanted in my vehicle purchase from the make and model to the payments I was trying to be at.
