they told us our windows would be tinted and they did

they told us our windows would be tinted and they did not do it we bought a brand new veh so they should tint windows

Very friendly and helpful staff. Takes a little long to service, but not terrible. My only other concern is that I feel like when I request something to get looked at in addition to my oil change, I don't think they actually do it.

Worst service ever , had my vehicle for over 3 weeks ,

Worst service ever , had my vehicle for over 3 weeks , was only told 3 days. Service manager knows nothing and I can not believe he’s employed. I will not buy or do business service wise at this dealership ever

I will not waste anymore of my Tim calling to respond to dodge, tried that when they had my vehicle didn’t work

Went to pick up jeep after having work done and they lost

Went to pick up jeep after having work done and they lost the key to the vehicle.Had to wait for them to order a new one and make a second trip back to dealership for them to program it. Security risk as now a key to my jeep is somewhere out there.
