Had issues with first vehicle, Used local towing company and they payed for the tow. The second time I had issues with 1st vehicle I called the 1800 number that the dealership said was free and I ended up paying $200. Dealership advised me I would get refund if I sent receipt. I'm still waiting on reimbursement. I ended up taking a trade paying more and being way upside down.

I went in to surprise my wife with her dream car so we went to the dealership just to go and look at some cars my wife has been wanting a jeep gladiator for the longest time so we want to all American Dodge and we found a white Jeep gladiator when we pulled into the parking lot we were flag down by Alex our sales person he then offered to show us some vehicles he asked us what type of vehicle we wanted if there was anything specific so then we proceeded to tell him that we had wanted a jeep gladiator he then showed us some used jeep gladiators as well as options of new gladiators so then he showed us the floor model he said would you like to take it for a test drive he then began to pull the vehicle down he let us test drive it he wasn’t up-to-date with all the Accessories but at least you tried so then we go back to the dealership we also had a trade-in they were able to give us 6000 off of our new vehicle so we walked out with a new 2021 jeep gladiator my wife has never been so happy thank you Alex from Odessa all American Jeep and Dodge for making my wife happy sincerely Joe Abril

Mr. Hector Galindo was the sales person that assisted me with trading in my old truck to purchasing a new truck. I definitely recommend him and his financial partner because they were very friendly and professional throughout the whole process.

Worst experience buying a vehicle. Didn’t listen to what I wanted lied to me about the amount for my trade keys held hostage for 2 nights in a row. My parents are buying a new vehicle I’m paying for them to go somewhere else than one of your dealers because I can’t let them have that happen to them. I will do my research to make sure I never buy from any of your dealerships again.

They were very helpful in getting my vehicle fixed. My warranty company was being very difficult and the staff at All American were able to get them to replace the engine.

The best money I ever spent, when I bought my new 2009 Dodge 2500 Mega Cab, getting the Life Time oil change. Just drive into the Service Center and get my oil changed in a timely manner. Always get good service, with friendly knowledgeable service advisors and technicians. I always get top of the line service to my vehicle with the right parts for my truck.
