Although the sevice department was very slow to...
Although the sevice department was very slow to acknowledge my arrival, eventually a service tech aksed me what I needed. Once my 2014 Grand Cherokee Diesel was taken back they gave it an oil change rather quickly. They even managed to reset the "oil life " on the first try (first time ever!)
