The dealership was great. I want to say thank you to James Taylor he was awesome and such a gentleman. He deserves the ABOVE and BEYOND award. He carries these values, Integrity, kindhearted, He mentioned to me that he was short staff and he is a ONE TEAM player he was out in the service department getting cars in the service line taking their information. Integrity he was very honorable and I felt very trustworthy with him. Most of all BEYOND SERVICE he anticipated the needs of each individual and responded with a generous heart, he created the pathway to a win-win resolution when he was short staffed.
