I got a good price on a Raptor I was looking at. They made me a deal which I'm happy with. It would be 5 if they were more open with the amount of cosmetic damage on the truck. There's a crack in the tailgate, the tailgate cables are too long so they catch the sides when closed. The tonneau cover opens as the truck drives down the road, the auto easy entry is broken and goes off for 5 minutes every time I open the door. And the detail wasn't thorough at all with trash in the bed and under the seats. I bought a good condition truck, but was sold a "cleanest truck ever, no issues." Just be more honest about what you're selling guys.

If you are a "Hard-to-Sell-to Customer" (Like Me) who knows what you want and just wants your questions answered....then this is the dealership you should be buying from.... Period. Every dealership along with their employees will have there bad days and this one is no exception. But in the world we are living in today, I have not found a better team more dedicated to customer service, finding out answers and truly treating the customer like they come first. Just remember, the guys and gals on the other side of the desk are human too and they are not making the money you think they are making when you are spending a small fortune that these vehicles cost today.
