Easiest Buying Experience!

I live almost two hours away in Savannah and would probably have ahad to drive by 12 Chevy dealerships just to do business with Woody Folsom. Instead of driving the entire distance we did the whole deal over the phone and they delivered my truck to me. At no charge! Big thanks to Clay Harper and the guys for taking such good v\car of me and for making this the easiest and convenient car buying experience I have a\ever ahd in over 20 years. I absolutely recommend using these guys!

Excellent Service

They had exactly what I was looking for and had everything ready to go when I got there. Which was nice since I drove all the way from Macon. They were extremely busy, but still got me in and out pretty fast considering.

"Strike while the iron is hot"

"Strike while the iron is hot", This dealership will not. I purchased two vehicles from this dealership 2 years ago, the internet manager at the time was very helpful, I never even step foot on the lot and finalized both deals and the vehicles were delivered. Unfortunately when I made contact this time to trade my GMC truck in on a newer model, the internet manager had changed, I received 4 emails in 4 days, ( weekdays), from the new manager, with no numbers worked up yet, which I had previously requested. I gave him 4 different phone numbers, ( 3 at work & my personal cell phone), to contact me on as well as my email address, his excuse was ?He had been trying to contact me with no success?, I did not receive any missed calls on any of my phones or received any voice mail from him. By this time I had rethought my purchase decision from this dealership and decided to search elsewhere for another truck. Unless you are prepared to get the run around and do not plan on an immediate purchase, I would not recommend this dealer ship.

I traded in my 02 Envoy for a 06 Jeep Wrangler on...

I traded in my 02 Envoy for a 06 Jeep Wrangler on 06/29/2013. Signed the contract and on 07/05/2013 Dustin called me and told me to come over there and sign a new contract because they lied on my credit application stating I made twice as much money as I really make. They wanted to up the payments and I told them no deal. I wanted my trade-in and my down payment back. My trade-in was sold at auction but the dealership did get my Envoy back on 07/10/2013. Brad the GM said he would give my Envoy back on 07/10/2013, but he couldn't give me my down payment back till tomorrow and he wanted me to pay the $150.00 seller fee from the auction. I told him no and now nobody will call me back or answer me. This is the worst dealership to deal with.

I'm very happy with my new car and how easy it was to get it. The guys at Woody Folsom were very helpful and really took their time to understand what I wanted.

Woody himself was very rude

I bought a small SUV from him. I had troubles with it so I took it back up there to get it fixed. They gave me the run around and after keeping my car for month and half I got sick of it and called gm motors. I also tired to talk to woody and he was to busy on he's cell phone to listen to me . Every time I called up there to check the update of my car they would have a different story to tell me. When I called gm motors it took them two days to get them on my car. I will never send no one to him.

I would never buy here again. Although i was satisfied...

I would never buy here again. Although i was satisfied with the truck i got the customer service was horrible. The sales and finance team were very hospitable during the buying process but would not even take a phone call afterward. My truck wasnt even detailed when i finally got in it. The main problem I had was that i traded in a older truck that i still had financed and they never paid it off and I was stuck with two truck payments for over a month. One to a truck I didnt even have anymore. I contacted them almost everyday to find out what was goin on but all i got was a run around of two or three different stories saying that they had mailed a check or it was my banks fault. I couldnt even register for a tag for a month because they had not even put in the system yet. I finally got fed up and drove the two hours to get there and taking time off of my job to go find out what was up. I get there and complain and come to find out they still had the check there and looked like they had just printed it after i told them how much they actually had to pay to pay off my old loan because they didnt know the exact amount. They didnt even compensate me on gas or anything to drive down there and handle it. I finally took the check and went and delivered it to my bank myself. i have have bought two vehicles from gm dealers and was satisfied with them but not here. I dont recommend anybody to this place. Oh and they gave me a warranty and I wanted something fixed but they would only honor it there and im not driving to hours there for them to overcharge me.

Amazing Buying Experience.

I was completely blown away by the entire buying experience at Woody's. I dealt with the Internet Department. They catered to my every need before I ever got there. When I made it there that weekend they had the car I was interested pulled up to the front waiting on me. The salesman was very informative in his demostration of the vehicle. They gave me a great deal on the car I wanted and gave me way more money for my trade than anyone else had offered. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive I made to get there. I will be buying all of mine from there in the future.
